  • Overseeing the client support inbox, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  • Processing documentation submitted by clients prior to initial contact.
  • Managing incoming client calls and redirecting as needed.
  • Conducting initial and follow-up calls to clients applying for business funding.
  • Verifying application completeness and preparing required information.
