We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Stock2Shop. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our sales pipeline growth.

About the Role:

We are a cloud-based ecommerce software technology firm that empowers wholesalers, distributors, and retailers to effectively manage their products online. Our solutions integrate with various accounting/ERP packages, including SAP, SYSPRO, and Sage, as well as ecommerce platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across various ecommerce and retail sectors.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and qualify leads according to our ideal customer profile and sales criteria.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or ecommerce technology.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Resilient, self-motivated personality with a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
