HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at FROGG Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
  • Update internal databases with employee information, including leaves of absence and work schedules
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Assist with the development and implementation of company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, including insurance vendors, to ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll department
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects, such as organizing job fairs and other events
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Administrator or HR Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with HR software, including HRIS or HRMS
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
