  • **Grant Funding:** Secure grant funding to support the development of learning initiatives and programs.
  • **Stakeholder Engagement:** Lead stakeholder engagement within the training sphere, fostering partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
  • **Resource Management:** Manage resources, including HR and financial, to ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives.
  • **Curriculum Design:** Develop and implement technology-enhanced curriculum design and development strategies.
  • **Strategy Development:** Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including market research and analysis.
  • **Learning Delivery:** Oversee the delivery of learning programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • **Education Leadership:** Provide education leadership, including mentoring and coaching, to ensure the development of a high-performing team.
  • **Qualifications and Experience:**
    • NQF 7 in Data-metrics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • A postgraduate qualification in Education Leadership, Management, or Administration is an added advantage.
    • At least 7 years of strategic and operational leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior executive role within a large corporate environment, ideally in a complex, matrix-structured organization with diverse business units.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resource or Capacity Development, with a solid understanding of the South African Education, Training, and Development landscape.
    • Proven experience managing integration projects involving enterprise systems or similar platforms.
    • Understanding and appreciation of private sector education, including professional training and development, B-BBEE initiatives, and transformation strategies.
    • In-depth knowledge of the funding landscape and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
