EOR Service Expert

We are seeking an EOR Service Expert to join our team. As an International Recruitment and Employer of Record specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on EOR services to clients. You will also be responsible for recruiting South African employees for international clients and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, a good acumen for business, and preferably have been through the 'university of life'. You will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on EOR services
  • Recruit South African employees for international clients
  • Manage client relationships

What We Offer
  • Basic: R15,000 pm Gross
  • Connectivity Allowance: R1,000
  • Commission on international permanent placements
  • Commission on local permanent placements
  • Commission on contract value for local contractors
