The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing and implementing yield management techniques, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and market studies to maximize occupancy and rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement occupancy and rate maximization strategies
  2. Manage reservations operations, including yield management and forecasting
  3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
  4. Conduct market studies to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
  5. Utilize property-specific reservations software to optimize occupancy and rate

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Revenue Management, or Financial Management
  2. 5+ years of experience in hospitality reservations operations, preferably in a luxury 5-Star Lodge environment
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
