Key Job Functions
- Investigate and validate non-motor claims to determine their validity based on our contract.
- Compile accurate and comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations for line management.
- Quantify non-motor losses accurately and facilitate the process between brokers and clients.
- Attend weekly claims forum meetings to discuss ongoing cases.
- Liaise with service providers and provide back-office support to claims consultants as needed.
Desirable Qualities
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, a minimum of 3 years' motor and/or non-motor short-term insurance experience, and a degree or equivalent qualification are desirable qualities for this role.
