**Job Overview**
Persona Staff is seeking a highly skilled and organized Property Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, from inspections to repairs, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate property files and ensure up-to-date documentation
- Manage tenant move-ins and outs, including leasing and rental agreements
- Resolve issues with tenants and suppliers in a timely and professional manner
**Requirements:**
- At least 5 years of experience in the property industry
- Familiarity with Google products is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
