We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at PULLMAN. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property's maintenance and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Create and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the property's equipment and facilities are well-maintained and running efficiently.
  • Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Contractors: Liaise with external contractors to ensure all maintenance work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Monitor and Control Expenses: Oversee departmental expenses, including wages, and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a cost-effective manner.
  • Record and Report Maintenance Activities: Accurately record and report all maintenance activities, including repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to guests and colleagues, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Participate in scheduled training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge and contribute to the development of the maintenance team.
Requirements
  • Grade 12: A minimum of a Grade 12 education is required.
  • Diploma in Engineering: A diploma in engineering or a related field is an advantage.
