Sales Target:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct professional presentations and showcase vehicles to prospective buyers.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage the full sales process, from inquiry to final documentation. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide post-sale support, addressing any customer concerns.
Market Insights:

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and new automotive models. Offer insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Knowledge and Attributes:
  • Comprehensive understanding of the automotive market and product offerings.
  • Familiarity with financing options and vehicle registration processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for cars.
Salary and Benefits:
