About the Role

We are looking for a talented Customer Journey Optimization Expert to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for owning and executing the CRM marketing strategy, managing all CRM data infrastructure, and creating and executing multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts.

  1. Manage all CRM systems and databases required to deliver a coherent strategy.
  2. Collaborate with our Content Strategist and Designers to deliver required assets.
  3. Measure, analyse and report on results to drive actionable insights.

You'll have 8 years of experience in a B2B & B2C CRM / MarComms role, with a degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred. You must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analytical skills, ability to interpret data and insight to drive improvement, and a thorough understanding of advanced data segmentation and marketing automation.
