Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading international award-winning multilingual contact centre, is seeking a highly skilled and fluent Italian speaking customer service and sales representative to join their team.
Job Type: Full time/Permanent
Location: Mpumalanga, South Africa
Workplace: Fully Remote
Training: Training will be conducted in office for the first 15 weeks at our Waterfront location.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with rotational shifts including Mondays to Sundays and public holidays, as operationally required. Working hours will be sent 2 weeks in advance.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in Italian and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Italian, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
- Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment
- Native level fluency in Italian language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
