Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HVAC products and services
  • Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and industrial sectors
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and propose suitable HVAC solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions and proposals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the commercial and industrial sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
