Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Administration Specialist to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our pricing strategies and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough screening and analysis of new business tender submissions.
  • Compile and evaluate claims experience for significant arrangements.
  • Build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from diverse stakeholders and clients efficiently.
  • Interpret client requests and deliver tailored responses.
  • Ensure a seamless service experience for clients by timely addressing requests, presenting information professionally, and proactively mitigating potential issues.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Commit to providing high-quality service to clients and intermediaries, demonstrating a passion for service excellence.

Documentation Management:

  • Deliver indirect services to customers and intermediaries.
  • Respond promptly to immediate administrative needs following established procedures.
  • Adhere to standardized processes and provide administrative support aligned with regular business operations.
  • Meet daily production standards consistently.
  • Utilize standard administrative techniques to effectively coordinate work.

Qualifications:

  • Matriculation (with Mathematics)
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with pricing and rating principles in a group risk context
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in pricing within a Group Assurance/Risk environment is essential.
  • Proven numerical and mathematical reasoning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues to achieve organizational and team objectives.
