Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Relevant IT and data analytics qualifications, such as a B.Tech or B.Sc. (Informatics), and 3-5 years of management experience leading teams of 5-8 people.
  2. Skills and Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, SQL Server Database Engine, MS SSIS ETL software, MS SSAS OLAP software, and MS Visual Studio Data Tools. Familiarity with design patterns, metadata constructs, and data marts.
  3. Methodologies: Experience with dimensional modeling, data normalization, and data transportation. Knowledge of ETL systems, sourcing, staging, and loading, as well as parallel loading principles and source-to-target mapping.
