Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of wages for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Administer end-to-end payroll processes for all employees, ensuring precision and up-to-date information.
  • Data Management: Maintain payroll records, import and verify hours, earnings, and additional payroll data from different sources.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly reports, including company reconciliation, total earnings, company contributions, and hours worked.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies, maintaining confidentiality and security of payroll information.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in payroll software, strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of labor legislation, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
