**Duties include**:
HR Admin
- Ensuring compliance with current and changing labour legislation
- Employment contracts
- Probation management
- Performance Management
- Leave management
- Onboarding and exit procedures
- Policies and Procedures
- Ensure fair labour practices
- Recruitment function
- Staff development retention

EE & SD

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in HR Management and practices
- 5 years plus experience in a management role
- Thorough knowledge of the following legislations including BCEA, Labour Relations Act, EE Act, Skills Development Act, Mibco Main agreement
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- VIP Payroll experience
- Ability to always act professionally and in confidence
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to detail.
- Manufacturing Experience - non-negotiable.
- Must have own transport
