Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our operations and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing customer support, client success, installation project management, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support Management: Lead the customer support team to deliver exceptional service across multiple channels, ensuring efficient ticket management and continuously monitoring customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Client Success: Build strong relationships with key clients, conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction, and coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and technical teams for seamless client experiences.
  • Onboarding, Installation, and Training: Manage new site installations, oversee onboarding for new clients, operators, and tenants, and develop and manage training materials.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our market presence, manage and grow the monthly parker book to drive revenue, and promote on-site marketing opportunities to boost user engagement.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction, collaborate with marketing to create client success stories, and provide feedback to the product team to enhance our offerings.
  • Product & Service Development: Work with the product team to align our services with market demands, use client feedback to drive product enhancements and innovation, and monitor key performance indicators to measure success.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in senior customer support, client success, or general management, preferably in property, tech, or SaaS.
  • Experience in onboarding and training for complex software solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
