Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our client management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
  • Assist with client communication, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and increase efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent;
  • National Certificate in Business Administration or related field;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
Benefits

Please note that the salary range for this position is R 180,000 - R 220,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
