Job Description

As a key member of our team at Reflecta Laboratory Supplies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a database of budgeted positions and work towards providing suitable manpower for vacant positions.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files and attendance records.
  • Process new hire paperwork, including offer letters and contract agreements.
  • Coordinate training sessions, team-building events, and other HR-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
