About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for providing strategic support to management in areas related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, work independently, and collaborate effectively with other departments. Key responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, coordinating recruitment efforts, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
