Key Responsibilities

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for controlling and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience and transactional knowledge of SAP, and strong analytical and data handling skills.

  • Monitor critical stock levels daily;
  • Maintain correct re-order point levels in the warehouse;
  • Ensure material availability in the warehouse at all times;

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing monthly and/or weekly cycle count plan and ensuring that cycle counts are conducted as scheduled.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to maintain 5s housekeeping and cleanliness in the warehouse, apply FIFO for warehouse activities, and ensure material is issued against correct documentation and process.
