Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Providing ongoing updates regarding customer inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records.
Resolving customer complaints consistently and effectively.
Managing incoming calls and overseeing the information mailbox.
Acting as a liaison between the sales team, office, and clients.
Updating monthly sales pipelines and preparing sales reports.
Verifying data accuracy related to logistics, orders, and invoices.
Offering support to the sales department.
Preparing sales quotations.
Ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders.
Engaging with customers through phone or email communications.
