  • Subcontractor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our subcontractors, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the side tipper industry, with a proven track record of success in managing subcontractors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
