Job Title: Financial Relationship Builder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Relationship Builder to join our team at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and clients, converting and creating leads, and diversifying our health offering to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to drive business growth and revenue

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive and informed

Requirements:

• NQF 4 Certificate grade 12

• NQF 4 Regulatory Examinations 5 (FAIS Accreditation)

• NQF 5 Diploma (Preferable Wealth Management)

• Class of Business Certification (Yearly)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Zoho CRM, Zoho Sign, Compare Med, and Linkus

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Continuous learning and professional development

• Discretion, care, and empathy when dealing with clients and colleagues

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Initiative, assertiveness, and persuasiveness in sales and relationship-building activities
