Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at BCX. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of services, ensuring long-term healthy client relationships, and acting as a bridge between clients and operational delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on service levels to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Own the "front office" experience, including Service Desk, Service Level Management, Customer Relationship, and Availability.
  • Ensure existing services remain operational and up-to-date.
  • Track and resolve service-related issues with service providers.
Requirements
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in business software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Minimum NQF 6 or equivalent qualification in Commerce, IT, or Engineering.
  • 5 years of relevant experience or 7 years with a Grade 12 qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional education or certifications in relevant fields.
Work Environment

This is a full-time office-based position with occasional travel required.
