Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Operations:
    • Drive incident and situation management for all Sev1 and Sev2 incidents
    • Follow established operating policies to mitigate risk and ensure business availability
  • IT Governance:
    • Measure IT governance and effectiveness on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
    • Ensure compliance assurance, support audit activities, and identify and manage risk
  • IT Transition Management:
    • Manage IT client transitions
    • Manage client accounts and portfolios
    • Manage programs and stakeholders
  • Information Security:
    • Ensure compliance to client contractual obligations on InfoSec and Regulatory controls/certifications
    • Manage audit and risk management
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Good understanding of Networking, Systems, Voice, and business applications
    • Industry-recognized certification like ITIL/ITSM is an advantage
  • Process Specific Skills:
    • Ability to interface and communicate at all levels within EXL and Client organizations
    • Understanding of Enterprise Business Processes, IT Process, Service Delivery is vital
  • Soft Skills:
    • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills in a cross-functional environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
