We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Select Motor Recruitment. As an Automotive Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that showcase our clients' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Coordinate and negotiate with event vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Host events and ensure a positive experience for attendees.
- Strengthen the image and brand of our clients through effective marketing and public relations tactics.
- Manage onsite set-up and execution of marketing events.
- 2+ years of experience in events planning and coordinating, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Confident and assertive communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
