Key Responsibilities- Data Transformation: Convert raw data collected from various sources into user-friendly reporting formats, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

- Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes to validate and ensure the integrity of data, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting Development: Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business intelligence teams, and management, to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, database structures, and reporting methodologies for reference and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest data management and reporting tools and techniques, proposing enhancements to existing processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Experience: 4+ Years' experience in data transformation, reporting, and database design.
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server); Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization best practices; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly; Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools; Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis; Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
