The key responsibilities of this role involve:

Recruitment and Sales:
  • Securing and completing high-energy presentations at targeted schools as per school distribution list.
  • Representing the brand at career expos in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Meeting calling and WhatsApp targets to school leads on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conducting high-energy interviews with prospective students to meet application and registration targets.
Program Knowledge and Bursaries:

You will possess detailed knowledge of all the institution's programmes, module composition, and pricing structures, enabling you to market and sell to students and parents in an interview. Additionally, you will have a thorough understanding of all bursaries offered by the institute and be able to convey and explain the benefits of these options to students and parents.

Collaboration and Training:

You will attend weekly campus sales meetings to discuss challenges and report on sales activities against set targets, agreeing and implementing solutions to any challenges discussed. You will also support and encourage sign-ups from prospective students to the Newbridge Sports Institute through an active and convincing sale of the service. Furthermore, you will update the campus CRM Information system to manage leads and sales processes, ensuring all sales activities align with tasks set in the campus sales and marketing plan.
