Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Marriott. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and form of payment, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.

You will also be responsible for setting up accurate accounts for each guest, ensuring rates match market codes, and documenting exceptions. In addition, you will be responsible for securing payment prior to issuing room key, verifying/adjusting billing, and compiling and reviewing daily reports/logs/contingency lists.

You will work closely with our front desk team to ensure that all guest transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for completing cashier and closing reports, balancing and dropping receipts, and counting and securing bank at beginning and end of shift.

We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to lift and move objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds.
