Front Desk Representative

Purpose of the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and responding to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrating superior communication skills and empathy when resolving queries or addressing concerns.
- Greeting and welcoming members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
- Efficiently managing the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective team management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and varying shifts.
- High energy levels and a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in a front desk or welcome desk role is highly desirable.
