We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our finance team at Principalc Class Placements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining fixed asset registers, processing debtors and creditors, and preparing management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain fixed asset register, new builds, revamps, and scrapping
  • Process and reconcile debtors and creditors allocation
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Bookkeeping up to trial balance
  • Assist with coordination and planning of the annual budget process
  • Maintain monthly audit files

Requirements:

  • Completed Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2 years Bookkeeping experience
  • Strong experience with various Accounting software packages. Sage Evolution experience would be advantageous
  • Full proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel skills
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
