We are investing aggressively in the Western Cape Advisory market, leading us to restart our Digital Consulting business in April 2023. Our team has three members on the ground in Cape Town, supported by our national practice to service Western Cape accounts.

Our Digital Consulting business requires a strong self-driven Senior Manager who shares our passion for helping clients transform their finance operations to meet their needs efficiently and effectively.

The role enables you to lead various stages of a client's finance transformation journey, from developing finance strategies to implementing relevant policies, processes, organisational structures, and technological solutions.

You will also take a leading role in developing our Digital Consulting business in the Western Cape, identifying opportunities for new business, and working with team members to provide mentoring and performance development.

As a financial management specialist, you will lead the development of client-centric finance transformation proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery of finance & accounting transformation engagements, including visioning and target operating model development.
  • Interpret client requirements and coordinate the development of proposals for finance transformation projects.
  • Support Partners and Associate Directors to grow the finance transformation business through thought leadership materials and marketing initiatives.
  • Actively manage the development and provision of skills transfer to junior employees.
  • Understand how technology enables the finance function of the future.
  • Display diligence during execution of KPMG's internal risk management processes.
  • Lead discussions around the 'future of finance' and actively participate in generating creative ideas and thoughts.

The estimated salary for this role is R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
