Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Strategist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business-relevant strategies, plans, programs, and tools to drive sales growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify shopper and market data to inform commercial strategies and optimize long-term category growth.
  • Provide data-driven insights, analyses, and recommendations to the business and key stakeholders to positively shape strategy on availability, promotions, pricing, new product initiatives, competitor performance, and post-campaigns.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance sales business performance, build and manage data platforms, and identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prioritize and provide solutions to overcome challenges or maximize opportunities, and analyze sales development by customer, channel, and distribution point.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc account trackers and shopper and market reports for customer and internal use, and track insights monthly to provide consistent, accurate, and timely reporting of opportunities for defending and growing market shares.
  • Manage relationships with market and shopper data and research providers, negotiate annual contracts, and ensure data accuracy and on-time delivery.
Requirements
  • Higher commercial degree or university degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally as a Business Insights Manager, Category Manager, POS Manager, or Key Account Manager.
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills, including presentation and training skills.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, and the ability to take ownership of the delivery and effectiveness of insights that drive decision-making.
