The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives that drive organisational performance and improve team dynamics. You'll also need to have experience in organisational development, leadership development, and change management. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Drive leadership development strategy across the organisation.
  2. Design and implement programmes that reinforce cultural values and encourage behaviours aligned with our goals.
  3. Monitor and assess cultural climate through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other tools to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Management Sciences.
  • At least 10 years of leadership or organisational development experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering strategic initiatives that drive organisational performance and improve team dynamics.
  • Experience in organisational development, leadership development, and change management.
