Company Overview

The Group HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the human resources direction of Yellosa, ensuring stability of operations, sustainability, and success in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to drive growth and productivity.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, promoting a positive working environment and fostering open communication.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, identifying top talent and ensuring the right people are in place to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and abilities.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, offering insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, mitigating risks and maintaining a culture of integrity.
  • Nurture a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving business excellence and delivering exceptional results.
The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Group HR Manager' should possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager, showcasing expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for developing and empowering employees.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, ensuring seamless execution and efficient processes.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends.
