About the Role
NielsenIQ is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client success plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop strategic plans to drive growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
