Milkor Integrated Systems is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruitment and selection, employee relations, administrative support, and payroll processing.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about human resources and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities- Recruitment and Selection: Identify recruitment needs, draft job descriptions, source candidates, screen and interview applicants, and onboard new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and promote employee well-being.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, manage HR-related documentation, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- A Human Resources/Industrial Psychology degree or diploma
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an HR role, including full recruitment lifecycle
- Own transport and valid driver's license
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, and Word)
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
We offer a competitive salary range of R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical aid, retirement fund, and annual leave.
