Requirements:
  • Relevant B-Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Training and Management
  • Strong technical background in supporting users with IT issues, including troubleshooting and productivity tool assistance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage users across the organization
  • Ability to design and facilitate training sessions that are interactive, practical, and results-oriented

  • Data Analysis: Ability to track and analyze feedback and performance data to measure training effectiveness.
  • Research & Development: Continuous self-learning to keep up with advancements in IT and training methods.
