Job Title: Head of CSO

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of CSO to join our team at Dimension Data. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Client Delivery Specialists to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Manage client contracts and ensure timely delivery of services, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to develop and manage annual operating budgets and ensure monthly billing is accurate.
  • Engage with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance, and negotiate contractual issues.
  • Contribute to pre-sales processes by providing information and advice on the most optimal way to approach clients.
  • Drive service delivery excellence by motivating the team and inspiring outstanding performance against Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Managed Services and/or Support Services environment.
  • Demonstrated client engagement experience at a senior level.
  • Ability to lead and coach a team, establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, and manage coordinated delivery of services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and resolve contractual issues.
  • Highly analytical with proven negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
