Job Title: Global Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on product marketing specialist for an international company with at least 3-5 years of solid experience in the Oil, Gas, and Chemical Industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing profitable business plans for related segments and process-oriented with a strategic/solution-oriented mindset.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement country product marketing strategies for assigned portfolios and segments in accordance with global and regional strategies.
  • Derive local product marketing strategies for portfolios and segments in alignment with local Communications & Sales Marketing strategies.
  • Design portfolio and segment positioning for key markets in the country, including stakeholder management approaches, and drive implementation on all levels to support the business plan of the country.
  • Drive business and competitive intelligence within the area of responsibility for the country within global guidelines and processes.
  • Responsible for product registration/licensing and local approval in South Africa.
  • Support and guide Order Management with planning and procuring accurate stock levels and correct product configurations.
  • Analyze CRM with reference to modality, discuss specific actions to improve sales probabilities, and identify root causes in cases of underperformance.
  • Drive full potential exploitation within product portfolios and market segments across relevant applications in cooperation with local sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business Management essential.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical sectors or process engineering.

Strong in designing profitable business plans for related segments.

Process-oriented with a strategic/solution-oriented mindset.
