The Legends Agency is seeking a skilled Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Management:

  • Preparing detailed candidate profiles and professional cover pages for submission to recruitment consultants.
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and gathering feedback for candidate submissions.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Recruitment Team:

  • Partnering with recruitment consultants to understand job specifications, hiring preferences, and timelines.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss sourcing strategies and candidate progress.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of shortlisted candidates to recruitment consultants for client submission.

Interview Coordination:

  • Scheduling interviews, confirming appointments with clients and candidates, and managing calendar invites.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and ensuring their attendance.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to candidates as needed.

Vetting, Testing, and Referencing:

  • Conducting reference checks and pre-interview verifications.
  • Completing criminal and background checks before offers are finalized.
  • Ensuring all vetting and testing are completed accurately and on time.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Manatal) and CRM (Close) systems.
  • Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics, including candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Using data insights to refine sourcing strategies and address challenges.

Estimated Salary: R100000 - R150000 per annum

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Delivering a shortlist of candidates within 48 hours of job specification receipt.
  • Actively managing 10+ roles per week.
  • Submitting 30 qualified candidates weekly.
  • Facilitating 20 interviews per week.
  • Achieving 5 placements per month.
  • Maintaining high-quality rankings from business development managers.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ATS and CRM systems (Manatal and Close preferred), MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
