Job Description: As a Senior Clerk: Operations Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. This includes evaluating and processing broker applications, updating application status on systems, reconciling broker codes, and communicating changes to stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Evaluation and processing of broker applications.
  • Application status updates and stakeholder communication.
  • Broker code reconciliation and record-keeping.
  • Contract request evaluation and compilation.
  • Stakeholder notification and documentation filing.
  • Termination and suspension letter generation.
  • Personal Service Provider status verification facilitation.
  • Broker request investigation and report scrutiny.
  • Forensic report communication and committee referral.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Tertiary education.
  • RE1/RE5 certification is advantageous.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Extensive experience in providing administrative support.
  • Project coordination experience is beneficial.
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act & Regulations.
