**Job Summary:**

The Lead Generation Group is hiring a highly motivated Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our customer support team. As the Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing team performance, developing strategic plans, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive team performance and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience in support or customer service management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems and data analysis tools.

  • Familiarity with US customer service standards and data privacy laws (CCPA).
