About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Tower Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee records, payroll, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
You will be working closely with our HR Manager to ensure smooth operation of HR processes and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, coordinate job postings, review resumes, post vacancies, schedule interviews, report feedback, and maintain a recruitment tracker.
- Employee Relations: Consult with stakeholders to handle/resolve ER/IR matters, ensure confidentiality, and comply with labor regulations.
- Payroll Administration: Ensure KPI submissions are made in a timely manner, adhere to internal procedures, and ensure timesheets are completed and submitted accordingly.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
