Core Duties

  • Process orders through various communication methods
  • Verify the accuracy of data in orders and invoices
  • Engage with clients to gather missing details or resolve questions
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team to guarantee timely deliveries
  • Maintain and refresh sales and customer documentation
  • Create monthly sales performance reports
  • Relay significant customer feedback within the organization
  • Ensure sales objectives are achieved and report any discrepancies
  • Stay informed about new products and features
  • Prepare cost assessments for new projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Administrator or in a Sales Support role
  • Possession of a personal vehicle
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Familiarity with sales performance indicators
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A dedicated team player
  • Capability to operate under tight deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is advantageous
