Core Duties
- Process orders through various communication methods
- Verify the accuracy of data in orders and invoices
- Engage with clients to gather missing details or resolve questions
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to guarantee timely deliveries
- Maintain and refresh sales and customer documentation
- Create monthly sales performance reports
- Relay significant customer feedback within the organization
- Ensure sales objectives are achieved and report any discrepancies
- Stay informed about new products and features
- Prepare cost assessments for new projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Administrator or in a Sales Support role
- Possession of a personal vehicle
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Familiarity with sales performance indicators
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- A dedicated team player
- Capability to operate under tight deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is advantageous
