Key Accountabilities

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying and addressing their needs to increase sales revenue and profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve set sales targets and objectives.
  • Budget Planning: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets to ensure profitable business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 5 Years' experience in Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management.
  • Working knowledge of the Meet and Butchery or Home Meal Replacement industry.
