About the Role:

Potentiam Ltd is recruiting a skilled Client Acquisition Representative to drive business growth and expand our client base in the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients at various levels, up to and including C-Suite. They will work closely with the Client Services Director and Account Services Director to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end sales coordination, ensuring seamless interactions with client hiring managers and the talent acquisition team.
  2. Participate in initial client strategy meetings with the Client Services Director and oversee subsequent follow-up actions.
  3. Collaborate with the Account Services Director to develop an account review programme, focusing on regular assessments and updates.
  4. Maintain close coordination with the Client Services Director, updating CRM notes on all client discussions.
  5. Foster a deep understanding of the Client strategy and make adjustments as necessary.
  6. Qualify sales opportunities with hiring managers and coordinate talent acquisition attendance to secure deals.
  7. Engage in regular review cycles with client hiring managers to identify new hiring prospects and address recruitment or HR concerns.
  8. Stay informed about Potentiam's offshore offerings and promote them effectively.
  9. Coordinate consultant introductions to Clients in relevant areas (tech, analytics, digital marketing, etc.) to drive new business wins.
  10. Meet performance targets for new client roles, existing client roles, and revenue growth.
  11. Support clients requesting salary and capability intelligence.
  12. Ensure timely updates to the sales pipeline in CRM and accurate reporting on sales KPIs.
  13. Develop comprehensive account plans, incorporating new role forecasts for the next 18 months.
