Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver learning events, interventions, and programs aligned to business and learning needs.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end learning experience to provide a positive learning environment and encourage active engagement.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on content, implementation, uptake, and landing of learning events.
  • Engage with the Learning and Development team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to stay up-to-date with changes in subject matter.
  • Adapt facilitation approaches to meet various learning styles and maximize learning experiences.
  • Communicate logistics, requirements, and tools to coordinators to ensure smooth learning interventions.
  • Gather evaluation and feedback on learning interventions and compile relevant reports.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on learner progress, participation, and performance.
  • Maintain effective and efficient record-keeping on relevant systems.
  • Administer assessments in line with regulations and policies to determine learner competence.
  • Identify and deliver post-learning initiatives to embed learning and enhance the learning process.
  • Design learning interventions as required.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Learning and Development or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
  • OD-ETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practice) level 5 certification.
  • 3-5 years of learning facilitation experience (advantageous).
  • Exposure to the insurance or financial services environment (preferred).
